Our personal training services is designed to take you through specific, progressive, and periodized exercise programs that focuses on improving all aspects of your fitness, injury rehabilitation and prevention, all to meet and exceed the physical demands of your everyday life, recreation, and sport.
Further, our aim is to coach our clients to a point of mastery with exercise techniques and to achieve a level of fitness that surpasses the standards set out by the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology.
Private sessions have proven to accelerate the learning curve, because coaching and feed back is more direct and constant for clients. It is common practice for our clients to train individually, with a partner, or in small groups, and then transfer in to a class when they feel they have reached a confident level of competency.
